About Online Co-op Accounts
Shop.crs Login Changes
Starting July 5th, 2022, Shop.crs customers will need online Co-op accounts to log in and complete their purchases. This account makes it easier for customers to access our online services.
- Customers with existing Co-op accounts: If you already have an online Co-op account, simply use your existing credentials to log in.
- Customers without Co-op accounts: Your Shop.crs account information will be migrated to a Co-op account. You will receive an email with instructions to complete the process.
Overview
Local Co-ops have been serving their members and customers for generations. As technology advances, the products and services we provide are increasingly becoming available online. We’re now making it easier for members and customers to take advantage of these online offerings. Online Co-op accounts provide secure access to select Co-op websites and mobile apps using a common login account and password. This account will be used for a growing number of online services and is now used for the following:
- Shop.crs: Online grocery shopping is available at participating Co-op Food Stores.
- Email subscriptions: Set preferences for the latest news and offers from Co-op sent directly to your inbox. Our plan is to integrate this Co-op account into other existing services and new services we offer in the future.

An online Co-op account is a secure way to manage electronic credentials (email address and password) so Co-op members and customers can access our online service offerings.
An account is needed to log into a growing number of Co-op’s online services. The benefit of using this is that a single account can be used for multiple Co-op services, making it easier for our members and customers to log in.
The Co-op account will be used for a growing number of online services. The account is currently being used for Shop.crs. You can also set email preferences for the latest news and offers from Co-op sent directly to your inbox. Other Co-op websites and online services, including Cardcentral.crs, may have distinct login processes and accounts.
The information collected by Co-op will be used in the delivery of online services. Review our Privacy and Data Use Policy regarding the collection, use, retention, storage and disclosure of personal information.
Information on your online Co-op account is used specifically for select online services (e.g. online grocery shopping through Shop.crs). For now, you’ll still have to contact your local Co-op directly to update personal information – including address and phone number – associated with your Co-op member account.
The email address on your online Co-op account can’t be updated at this time. A new account will need to be created.
If you share an email account with someone else in your household, it’s possible they’ve already created an account. It’s also possible you created an account on another Co-op service, such as Shop.crs, in the past, which was migrated to the online Co-op account when login requirements changed.
If you’ve forgotten your online Co-op account password, go to the login page, select the Forgot your password? button and follow the prompts. For all other technical difficulties, contact our support team for assistance.
