The Co-op Growing Leaders Program is a partnership between 4-H Alberta, Federated Co-operatives Limited and 17 local Alberta Co-op's (see listed below). This program was started in 2022 in an effort to encourage more members to join the 4-H program after experiencing decreasing club numbers post COVID.

The Co-op Growing Leaders Program funds new member registration fees for first-year members (to a maximum of $200) and up to 50% (to a maximum of $100) for second-year returning Co-op Growing Leader Member applicants. Since the programs launch in 2022, the Co-op Growing Leader Program has sponsored 209 new member and continues to gain momentum each year!
